About Ransomware
Over 5 years of audio experience in the industry recording various artists, with a specialty in making Hip Hop beats.
With its conception way back in 2018, Ransomware Studios came to life when founder Jack Gardiner envisioned the exciting reality of establishing a local recording studio nestled in the suburbs of East Melbourne. Over the course of more than five years, Jack has been working tirelessly to enhance his personal engineering and production skills, striving to gain as much valuable experience in the industry as he can. His primary focus has been on studio recording and mixing work, although he has also explored opportunities within the live sector. Throughout the years, Jack has collaborated on many diverse projects, with a couple of these being successfully published to live streaming services, and he has more projects planned to come out in the future. These experiences have enabled Jack to work in industry-standard studios, where he has recorded on impressive desks such as the SSL Duality and developed professional workflows in Pro Tools. At heart, Jack is a passionate music lover who has always simply wanted to create music and be a part of the music-making process. This ideology is deeply integrated into Ransomware Studios; we embrace all forms of music and cherish all people, and we’re genuinely just happy to be on this earth making cool music together.
